This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Double A Agency (“we”, “us”) and the user/client (“you”).
By contacting us or sharing any information, you agree to the following terms.
1. Definition of Confidential InformationConfidential Information includes any non-public information shared with us, including but not limited to:
- Business ideas
- Product concepts
- Designs, materials, or files
- Technical or financial information
- Any other sensitive business data
2. ObligationsWe agree to:
- Keep all confidential information strictly private
- Not disclose it to third parties without your consent
- Use the information only for project evaluation or execution
3. ExceptionsConfidential Information does not include information that:
- Is publicly available
- Was already known to us before disclosure
- Is required to be disclosed by law
4. Data ProtectionWe take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or misuse.
5. DurationThis Agreement remains in effect for 2 years from the date of disclosure, unless otherwise agreed.
6. No Rights GrantedThis Agreement does not grant any ownership rights or licenses to either party.
