All services are provided based on individual agreements and project scope.

2. Project TermsEach project is defined individually and may include:
  • Scope of work
  • Timeline
  • Pricing
  • Deliverables
Work begins only after agreement and/or initial payment (if required).

3. PaymentsAll pricing is agreed before project start
  • Payments may be split into stages
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started
  • Final files or access may be delivered after full payment

4. RevisionsWe provide revisions as agreed within the project scope.
Additional changes outside the agreed scope may require extra payment.

5. Client ResponsibilitiesYou agree to:
  • Provide accurate information
  • Respond in a timely manner
  • Deliver necessary materials (content, assets, access)
Delays from the client side may affect timelines.

  • 6. Intellectual PropertyFinal deliverables become the client’s property after full payment
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

7. No GuaranteesWe do not guarantee specific business results, including:
  • Revenue
  • User growth
  • Conversion rates
Outcomes depend on many external factors.

8. Limitation of LiabilityDouble A Agency is not liable for:
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Third-party service failures

9. Third-Party ServicesProjects may involve third-party tools (hosting, app stores, payment systems, etc.).
We are not responsible for their performance or policies.

10. TerminationWe reserve the right to stop working on a project if:
  • Terms are violated
  • Communication is consistently delayed
  • Payments are not made
